Cancellation & Refund Policy

All chick orders are pre-orders, and when you place an order, we reserve live inventory just for you. That means we take those chicks off the market and hold them specifically for your ship date. Because of this, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refunds: Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 14 Days: We cannot offer a refund after 14 days, as your chicks have already been reserved and planned for hatch.

  • Hatch Date Changes: Occasionally, we may need to adjust your hatch or ship date due to natural delays (like hatch rates or weather). We reserve the right to move your order once.

  • Second Date Change? Your Choice: If your order needs to be moved a second time, we’ll give you the option to cancel for a full refund at that point or work with us to secure a new hatch date that works for you!
