Substitutions & Omissions Policy

  • We work hard to fulfill every order exactly as placed and make every effort to provide the specific breeds you’ve selected.

  • However, because we are working with live animals and nature’s timing, minor substitutions or omissions may occur.

  • If a breed becomes unavailable at hatch time, we will choose the closest possible match—typically a breed with similar size, temperament, and egg-laying ability.

  • Any difference in price due to a substitution will be refunded within 10 business days.

  • If we are unable to fill the majority of your order (more than half of the breeds or quantities), we will reach out to you directly.

  • In this case, you will have the option to:

    • Select a new hatch date when your full order can be fulfilled, or

    • Cancel your order for a full refund, per our cancellation policy.
