Shipped directly from the supplier

Poultry supplies ship straight from the company that makes or stocks them, not from our farm. They ship separately from chicks, pullets and hatching eggs and have their own tracking, so your order may arrive in more than one box. Shipping for supplies is calculated at checkout. Supplies can't be picked up at the farm. If you're picking up chicks, place your supplies as a separate shipped order.

Returns and cancellations

• Cancellations: You can cancel any in-stock item for a full refund before it ships.
• Returns: New, unused items in their original packaging, with tags, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are the item price minus the original shipping and a 20% restocking fee, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Coops and made-to-order items: Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, cancellation is up to the builder and has a 10% fee. If the coop is already on its way, the refund is reduced by shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
• Damaged or defective items: Let us know within 4 business days of delivery, with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair parts or a refund.
• Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the right return address for your item's supplier.
