Brooder Lamp with Clamp & Compatible Heat Bulbs
Create a warm, dry, and secure brooding environment with this durable Brooder Lamp with Clamp, designed to safely deliver heat for chicks and small poultry. Built with a corrosion-resistant aluminum shade and a heat-resistant ceramic socket, this lamp provides reliable performance throughout brooding season. A scratch-resistant clamp and adjustable ball joint allow for easy positioning, while the double wire bulb guard adds an extra layer of safety.
This brooder lamp supports bulbs up to 300 watts and can be hung or clamped for flexible setup options. Heat bulbs are sold separately, allowing you to choose the best lighting and heat level for your flock.
Features:
- Corrosion-resistant aluminum shade for long-lasting use
- Heat-resistant ceramic socket for safe operation
- Double wire bulb guard for added protection
- Built-in hanger for hanging installation
- Scratch-resistant clamp with adjustable ball joint

Compatible Heat Bulbs (Sold Separately):
This brooder lamp is compatible with red or clear 250-watt heat lamp bulbs designed for brooding chickens and other poultry. Red heat bulbs help reduce pecking by disguising blood, making them ideal for injured or stressed chicks, while clear bulbs provide bright, efficient heat for general brooding needs.
- 250 Watt / 120 Volt heat lamp bulbs
- Durable alloy construction with non-stick base
- Heat-resistant glass with thick filaments
- Long-lasting 6,000-hour bulb life
- CE and cETL certified
Important: No bulbs are included with the brooder lamp. Clear heat lamp bulbs and red heat lamp bulbs are sold separately. Always follow safety guidelines, keep heat sources away from flammable materials, and monitor flock temperature regularly.

Chick care overview
Chick care overview
Brooder temperature: Start at 95°F for the first week, reducing by 5°F each week until fully feathered.
Food & water: Offer chick starter feed and fresh water immediately. Dip each chick's beak gently into the water on arrival to encourage drinking.
Hydration boost: We include hydration supplements in your shipment — add to water for the first 24–48 hours to help chicks recover from transit.
Space: Allow at least 0.5 sq ft per chick in the brooder for the first few weeks.
Watch for: Huddling under the heat source (too cold), panting or moving away from heat (too warm). Active, spread-out chicks are happy chicks.
